is an electronic advertising venue that brings together buyers, sellers,
landlords, tenants and real estate agents interested real estate for use
with RVs. Information about a particular property is supplied by the
advertiser and not us. Price and other terms of any advertisement remain subject
to direct negotiation between the advertiser and the respondent to the
advertiser’s Ad. The prices listed by advertisers on rvlotstrader.com
generally exclude taxes related to sale, finance charges if any, regulatory,
documentary, compliance fees, customary closing costs and other transaction
related charges, any or all of which may be added to the advertised price to
arrive at the final price. We can not verify the information advertisers
provide or guarantee the item(s) they offer. Nor can we assure an advertiser
the check received from a buyer or tenant is valid. When using this website
to advertise your property we urge you to use common sense and good judgment
as when responding to a newspaper classified ad. Our advise: Be skeptical,
exercise good judgement and verify, as you become involved.
You must be prepared to sell or rent the property for the price, and the
terms you advertised. You must have the ability to transfer title or
ownership. Our advertisers provide certain identifying and contact
information when they register onsite. This information must accurately
identify the advertiser and the method of contact must permit communion
directly with said advertiser. RV Real Estate Corp reserves the right to
deny use of this website to anyone who uses or attempts to use this website
in a manner we consider inappropriate.
The responsibility for the information contained in advertising lies with
each advertiser. You alone are responsible for material you upload and for
the content of all Email transmitted using rvlotstrader.com.
We encourage honest, straight forward, dealing and
reserve the right to remove advertising where misrepresentation and other
forms of deception are found to have been practiced. Advertiser bad behavior
reflects badly on rvlotstrader.com too and we will react accordingly.
We review each Ad before publishing but cannot monitor all the advertising
on our website. We do not review the editing of Ads after they are first
published. We reserve the right to delete, move, or alter any Ad that we

amount specified for the publishing time you select regardless of whether
your property sells or rents as a result of the advertising. Dollars paid
for advertising are generally not refundable even if you provide erroneous
information or fail to sell or rent your advertised property.
3. Links to Websites
We make available a variety of links to other websites that we don't operate
where you can obtain related products and services. Although we encourage
you to visit such websites, we cannot guarantee the products or services
offereded by these websites.. RV Real Estate is not responsible for the
products or services available from these websites . You hereby release RV
Real Estate Corp and its affiliates from any damages that you may incur, and
agree not to assert any claims against them, arising from your purchase or
use of third-party supplied products and services.
