Your photos are inspected and corrected to improve the "look". Our unique AddPage provides sophisticated advertisers with an opportunity to go beyond the classified advertising format. I found a free classified advertising site !

It is not uncommon to find free advertising on the Internet. Like many things in life, you generally get what you pay for. Please compare the traffic, the format and general quality of your experience. Ask yourself just how many RV Lots are offered there? Where do you think buyers or interested folks are going to visit? When a copy of your ad is printed...how will it look? Compare.. RV Real Estate has organized to keep our costs reasonable and therefore your advertising dollar goes a long way here. Consider that a free ad is not worth much of anything if no one interested in RV real estate will find it !

Can I print your Ads on my computer ?

Yes! We have gone to great lengths to assure a "printer friendly" format for our Ads. This means if your printer is typical and will print on letter paper you only need to click your print button and a reasonable copy will issue. We know you want to make copies to study and show friends. Cavat: We expect that not every printer / computer combination will function as anticipated, so some setup may be required with your machine.

What is RV Real Estate ?

RV Real Estate is a Florida Corporation dedicated entirely to real estate for RVs. That is all we do ! RV Lots Trader is one of several web sites owned and operated by RV Real Estate. Please visit here for information, a forum and learn all about RV Lots and properties. We do not directly sell or broker real estate. Our activities are limited to advertising and related information at this time.

Who are you guys?

Please visit here to learn more about us. We even include pictures. The business entity is a Florida Corporation, RV Real Estate Corporation. The Corporation has been in business six years.

How can I search for RV properties?

Search by selecting features you want on a simple form. Simply check what you want and Submit. See the Classifieds page. You may also search by keywords. If you use Google or MSN you are familiar with this capability. Keyword search is located on a variety of pages on this site. This capability is also offered on select websites to allow a search of our Ads, from another site.

In general for regular searching the form based search works best. Why? We have included those features peculiar to RV properties and can generally provide targeted result because of this. In addition it’s easy to use and keep track of your selection criteria. We recommend.. try the form search first... if you can.

Search results are displayed (below the form) on the Classifieds page. As you browse different Ads neither your form data or results are lost. It’s easy to modify your search criteria and Submit again. Everything you need to search, view, print and reply is available to you right there. It’s simple and fast!


What properties can I advertise?

The short answer is any property where you can use your RV. Obvious examples include, lots in a private RV park, or lots in a subdivision just for RVs. Less obvious are individual properties where because of zoning or deed restrictions you are permitted RV use or in the alternative properties where you are able to use your RV because of the lack of zoning or deed restriction. Other situations include, houses or housing like subdivisions specifically including RV ports or otherwise inclusionary use of RVs. Some mobile home parks allow RV use and qualify. We welcome (big & small) homes with RV ports. Small acreage with or without structures qualifies if there is some compelling reason one would locate an RV there. Those reasons might include RV facilities, proximity to recreation, and home base potential. We want to be inclusive not restrictive, but we do want Ads directly linked to the RV.

What sort of guarantee do you have?

A money back guarantee for time related advertising is a tricky thing. In general, after your ad is published if you are unhappy in the first two or three days we will refund your money and pull the ad. No questions! From there to 10 days of published ad time we will look at any special situation. After 10 days your money is not refundable. We will generously consider exceptions for mistakes we have made, and hardship.

How much does it cost?

How do I place an ad ?

It’s easy! Register telling us who you are, then log in and write your ad copy using the simple form provided. When you are finished submit your ad. Then, send us (up to) 4 photos, and pay for your ad. Use the Secure Credit Card page, call us toll free 877.900.9399, or mail your check with your photographs. After your ad is published you can Edit at any time.

When will I see my Ad ?

Your ad will be published on the Internet after we receive your ad copy, get your photos and receive payment. We operate on a weekly schedule. You will receive a full 13 full weeks for a 3 month ad. We normally up load to our site twice per week. You do not pay for partial days or weeks.

What pictures should I send?

We run 4 photo positions in all Ads. If you do not provide photos we reserve the right to run at least a stock photograph of your RV Park, if available. You are not required to provide photos. If you only have one or two that will be fine. We will review each photo. We will attempt to make all photos "look good" within the constrains of time. Do not send magazine or other printed copy. See photos page for more detail information.

How do I pay for an Ad?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. You may use your credit card online or call 877.900.9399 toll free. We also are happy to accept personal checks, money orders, bank checks and electronic transfers. We do not accept PayPal or other third party payment systems. Do not mail cash. Online orders receive both a receipt and an Email confirming payment and your order. We do not normally mail invoices or receipts for individual Ads.

How will interested folks contact me?

We require an Email address for contact purposes. It is not published on the Internet. It is not disclosed to interested parties unless you place it in the text of your Ad. Smart sellers include a phone number in the Ad at a minimum. See here for tips on getting in touch. It is easy to include an Email address in the text too. Note: Your Email address will not be harvested from this site because the Ad page data is safely generated dynamically from our database where it can not be read by bots or spiders.

How do I renew my ad.

It’s easy. Please visit here. Renewing advertising is explained in detail.

I lost my User Name or Password ?

Call us. Be ready to provide detail information related to your advertising order. We want to be sure you are really you.

What do I do when I sell?

Please contact us so we can identify your advertising as sold (rented) (found). You will not want to continue to receive Email and phone calls. We don’t want to mislead browsers.

What is an AddPage ?

Several web pages here are dedicated to explaining our exciting new concept.

How do I advertise to RENT?

Describing your property is the same: sell or rent! Perhaps when renting less detail is needed. Don’t mention facilities your tenant can’t use! Omit tax data. Use your monthly rent in the "price" block. You must explain in the text of your Ad what time you wish to rent, when, deposits required, any special arrangements needed and in general convey the tenant situation for which you are looking. Try to show what your tenants can expect in your photos.

How do I advertise to Want ?

Here is your chance to describe your dream RV Property ! Imagine you were trying to sell it. How would you describe it? Do you have a photo or two that shows what your dream area might look like? Include it !

Don’t be too restrictive. Try to make clear must haves and then include other desires too. Be realistic in selecting a price. If you want poor response... set a very low price! We provide plenty of text space. Describe what you really want..... It’s probably out there.

Keep in mind: You will get response from RV property owners that are casually considering selling or just beginning to make firm sales plans. If you wish to really take advantage of your advertising, thoroughly familiarize yourself with your area of interest to maximize your potential for understanding and finding a great value. Do your homework !

How does an Agent advertise ?

Our Ad format was designed for real property. It is adapted for personal or office Ads. We suggest you select features which apply to property in your sales area. Take advantage of all four photos to tell about you, and the RV Parks or attractions your buyers might enjoy. Use your location data as if you were a Park. Use the header and text to tell your story. Consider the use of an AddPage if you are advertising individual RV properties as well. We will publish your Agent Ad at no charge to you if you are regularly advertising several RV properties. Call us for more information.

Missing State map on your Maps page?

Sorry! That means we don’t have a listing in that State right now. If you place an Ad for real estate in that State when your Ad is active a State map will be too. We add or activate maps as we have Ads for that State. We hope you understand. Our maps are intended to support our advertisers.

Can I advertise real estate outside of the USA?

Not at this time but please call to discuss Canadian or Mexican property you wish to advertise. We would like to learn more about this and are interested in adding this capability at a future time.

My RV lot sold really fast! Can I get some money back ?

If your Ad was to run a year and you sold your lot in the first two weeks it ran, we will be sympathetic and refund at least part of your payment. No refunds for a three month ad that sold fast, that’s a minimum. Special situation ? Give us a call... In general we don’t do time related refunds. After all, you got what you advertised for!
