How does it work?
Consider that our reader knows nothing about the area, or "Happy
Times RV Park" ? Providing needed detail in each Happy Time ad would be expensive and
is beyond a classified format. What if individual "Happy Times" ads
could be linked to a page(s) all about "Happy Times" ? You provide
detail "Happy Times" information once, and from then on, focus on
individual properties classifieds. "Happy Times" AddPage stays;
individual properties come and go. Simple as that!

As a Real Estate Agent, you have 11 listings in three RV parks.
You want to sell these, keep the owners happy and get more business. How can
AddPages help you? You could have a single AddPage about you, the parks and

What does it cost?
The base price for a straight forward html (plain, normal) AddPage to run
for one year is $99.00. This assumes that you will provide necessary
graphics in some useable form (no magazines) that will meet minimum Internet
quality standard together with a sketch of what you want and finished typed
copy. We will tell you before we begin any work, if what you want exceeds
the minimum and tell you what it will cost together with what ever else we
might need. This is custom work by it’s nature and can vary considerably
depending on what you asked to have included. We will only consider or
review an AddPage request following the $99.00 payment. This will be fully
refunded if you do not accept our quote.
How do I sign up ?
You have two choices. Send us your $99.00 via our payforad page and
include a message telling us what you are sending in to us and how, or...
Call us toll free and talk to us about what you have in mind. We can take
your credit card info by phone while we are talking or we are pleased to
accept your check by mail if you wish to send that along with other
material. Of course we are Internet oriented and you can simply attach to an
email, copy in any normal format, and your graphics in any standard format.
(Please telephone in advance of any MAC attachments to discuss methods,
protocalls and format.) If the material you wish to use is on the
Internet... we can simply take it from there.
So what’s the big deal ?
A little background: Real estate has always been a
"local" business. Farming, a popular real estate practice, says to
work on listing and learning in a limited geographic area. Develop this, and
you will prosper as a result of being known within your Farm.
Implicit in real estate sales is this concept of
"local-ness" ; knowing your local area. Who could fault that ?
This defines that you will be found because of your local presence
and knowledge yet, that’s our problem here! ???
What if your potential
buyers never heard of your town or your Farm? How would they find you then?

subject to review of supporting scripts and files. Jumping, flashing, over
active pages, hard core, or excessively explicit material will not be
accepted. Multiple page solutions are fine but they will only be linked to
one another. AddPages are served apart from rvlotstrader.com and feature
controlled access. Their sole purpose is to support and augment classified
ads. Please do not request use beyond that purpose. You may not directly
edit or otherwise access your AddPage except as described. Your approval is
required to publish your AddPage and link to any classified ad. Your AddPage
is your property and when apart from our web sites you are free to do with
it what ever you wish as long as it is not at the same time published on one
of our sites. We retain publishing rights while under contract with you. You may wish changes during the year of AddPage publishing.
Simple spelling corrections, etc will be provided at no charge. Rewrite,
editing or redesign will be provided on a quoted basis only. We ask for all
payments in advance of performing agreed work in order to keep our costs
low. In general we are dealing with small amounts of money and make no
provisions for collections. We reserve the right to refuse to publish any
image, graphic or design what so ever, at our sole discretion, without
recourse.
